What is telaForge?
telaForge is a website CMS ecosystem with a visual design workspace, complete starting structures, shared layouts and trusted source updates. Hosting is supplied by telaHosting.
What is telaStudio?
telaStudio is the visual workspace for pages, headers, footers and reusable sections. It includes focused text formatting and deeper source controls while keeping common tools close to the canvas.
Do I have to begin with a finished template?
No. Choose an included starter pack, start with a blank page structure or review a supported portable forged website import.
Does a starter pack create a whole website?
It creates a coordinated set of real pages and shared sections. The exact page list is visible in setup. You should replace example facts and review the destinations before publishing.
Will setup replace my existing live pages?
The workflow checks existing routes and revisions. Existing published work is retained, and conflicts need a deliberate resolution rather than a silent overwrite.

Who provides the hosting?
telaHosting supplies the hosting service and manages the billing and account relationship.
Why are some full designs locked?
The complete designs offered by the CMS are tied to the connected hosting package. The server checks the plan; a browser selection cannot grant a higher tier.
Where can I see the current price?
Use the telaHosting product catalogue and checkout. Prices, currencies, billing cycles and eligible upgrades come from the provider.
Can the pilot upgrade to another package?
The CMS can present the connected service’s upgrade route. Available target products and billing are confirmed by the provider’s actual upgrade configuration.
Does account ownership always grant passwordless access to every mailbox?
Delegated mailbox access depends on the capabilities enabled and verified for the service. Mailbox sign-in and hosting account administration are separate access paths.
Imports, updates and the next chapter
What is a forged website import?
It is a supported portable telaForge website export reviewed through the import workflow. It is not a general PHP installer or a converter for arbitrary third-party application archives.
What happens during a CMS update?
The Update Centre checks a signed source release against its compatibility and current-source requirements, then prepares and installs the reviewed application files. Your website content remains separate.
Are payment gateways built into the CMS?
The Commerce direction keeps provider-specific payments in separate signed connector packages. The planned gateway connectors are free packages; merchant service fees remain a provider matter.
Can I submit a premium template or connector now?
Third-party submissions and public listings are currently closed. The developer centre is available to explain the intended extension and distribution approach.
Is the CMS open source?
The source remains private. Hosted distribution, portable website content and signed extension packages do not make the CMS an open-source project.
